Specially designed to produce asphalt emulsion and modified asphalt emulsion.

The plant was specially designed to produce asphalt emulsion and modified asphalt emulsion. There are three models for choice: GLR6A, GLR6B and GLR10.

 

GLR6A and GLR6B have the similar structure and introduce semi-automatic and manual control system, can continuously produce. They are mainly composed of one asphalt heating tank, two emulsion (soap) pre-mixing tanks with agitators, colloid mill, asphalt pumps, emulsion pump, control cabinet and pedestal.

 

GLR10 introduces automatic control system and can continuously produce. It is mainly composed of water heating tank, one emulsion (soap) pre-mixing tank, two emulsion tanks, colloid mill, four Intermediate Bulk Containers for emulsifier, modifier, other additives, asphalt pumps, emulsion pump control cabinet, etc..

GLR-6A

Frequency converter is applied to control the speed of asphalt pump and emulsion pump .it is accurate with wide adjustment range, high efficiency and energy saving;

GLR6B

Applied with advanced stator-and-rotator structure with high speed shearing and grinding as a whole, which is suitable for the production of various kinds of emulsified asphalt.

GLR10

1) It is designed with advanced technology. The milling fineness is good and even. The performance of emulsified asphalt is reliable with high quality.

2) Electronic weighting system of high precision is designed to ensure the correct content property of each material.

3) Corrosion Resistant material is specially used to ensure an long life-span of our equipments.

4) Modular design is adapted to facilitate our customer with convenient moving and quick assemble.

5) The production process is fully computerized. All records can be referred timely.
