1, usage

Firstly, melting the aluminum scrap into liquid state and forming it into billet,then continuously transfer the billets into Y type 3hi continuous casting machine,,through 13 times rolling of the 13 sets Y type 3hi continuous casting machine,rolling into Φ9.5mm aluminum strip in coil..

2, structural feature

the unit including the melting furnace,static furnace,Φ1500continuous casting machine,Y type 3hi continuous mill,take-up equipment,coiling machine,hydraulic cutter,equipment and technology  lubrication system,electrical control system.

Casting machine drove by DC motor,easy speed regulation.

 The casting machine adopt the convenient-maintence overall distribution box to driving  the 13sets integral engine base.The 3 roller of each machine have the angle of 1°,because of the opposite configuration direction odd frame and the even frame,the rolling piece is no need to torsional rolling.

This machine unit have simple and compact structure,easy to install,operate, examine and repair,high productivity.High degree of automation.
