1,Main frame: the machine has a frame structure combined with the top carriage and the bottom carriage which make it easy to be dismantled and transported .Moreover ,it has reasonable design and compact structure.
2,Power system
Control main axle revolving, provides the power for the tubing formation. Mainly composed by the mortar, pulleys, gears, sleeve, spindle and so on..
3,Jacking system: Controls main axle's rise and the drop,mainly composed by the vice-mortar ,hoist , elevator, steel wire ,falling iron and so on .
4,internal water system : enhance the anti-seepage performance and anti-intrinsic pressure inside , and reduce (lighten)the wear of the discharge head and presser foot at the same time .mainly composed by the water tank ,the penstock ,the tap switch ,etc.
5,mould parts: the major component of shaping the pipe ,composed by three parts the pipe mould(outer mould) ,the discharge head unit(inner mould), the bottom die(bottom plate) .Of them the discharge head unit concludes the container ,the presser foot and the tap ,etc.
6,Working platform:. For the placement and fixed tube mould .The LGC600 working platform is a stationary type and the LGC is a portable-type combined with a moving track.
7, pushing pipe car : used to ship the pipe mould and transport the concrete .
8,power distribution part : control the main and the vice mortar to rotate on the clockwise, the reverse, or to stop according to the pipe making craft. Mainly composed by the distribution box, the overtravel-limit switch (position switch),`electric cable ,ect.

1) Ton mouth apparatus: Used in processing upper opening of the small caliber pipe
2) Lifts tube apparatus: Used in transporting the heavy-caliber tubing.
