Face: Prochema’s high temperature label material is PI film with heat-resistant coatings adapted in high temperature areas. To ensure the smooth emission, suitable knife should be used for processing.

Adhesive: R961 is a kind of transparent and permanent silicone modified acrylic adhesives for general industrial use. Because of its high initial viscosity and final viscosity, it can fit in a variety of substrates, including the medium surface energy and low surface energy plastic sheets and mental sheets. With high cohesion, it can minimize infiltration phenomenon.

Printing and processing

It is adaptive for  thermal transfer ribbon printing. For requirements of cutting the product, Please refer to technical guidance manual. To meet production needs, each 500-meter roll allows 2 connectors. The standard storage period is as long as 12 months at 22C, relative humidity of 50% environment. The material is recommended to process or use in 12 months after purchasing.
