Introduction:

UPP/SWW02 multipurpose dewaxing agent is a new product manufactured by Jiangsu Tianheng Nanometer Technology Co.,Ltd.It is mainly applies in removing wax agglutinating on the surface of metal products such as stainless steel,iron, copper , aluminum , zinc alloy etc. during polishing, which has advantages of high removal rate, high efficiency, sound surface after washed.

Application:

Mainly applied in the removing of the wax agglutinating on the surface of metal products such as stainless steel, iron , copper, aluminum , zinc alloy etc . during polishing . It could effectively remove the import bitumen, rosin, paraffin, the protection of paint, grease, dirt, etc.

Employ method:

1, The dilution ratio of cleaning agent and deionized water (or tap water) is 1:10(i.e. 100 kg of water by adding 10 kg cleaning agent ),stirring evenly.

2, Ultrasonic at the consider of temperature: 70°c~80°c,time :5~20min(according to the wax thickness)

3, Washing with deionized water (or tap water) after cleaning for two times , then drying.

Note: You could also heat the solution to be  boiling if you like, and the result will be ok.

Transportation and storage:

1, Stack: no more than 3~5 levels.

2, Avoiding sunlight during transportation and storage.

3, Temperature:>0°c.

4, Perod of validity: 1 year , proposal use out within half year.
