The straight cylindrical mushroom type multifunctional extracting tank is the product newly researched and developed by integrating the essence of extraction technology and equipment in domestic. It adopts a structure of large upward and small downward. Upward: Boiling buffer space is big enough for material not easy to run away. Downward: rapid heat transmission of medicine liquid, short heating time, good extraction effect, automatic cleaning and self-controlled operation. Pressure of heated steam:≤0.3Mpa.

Applicable to redolent oil extraction and organic solvent recycle, often used in such various production technologies as water frying, alcohol lixiviation, heat reflux lixiviation and compulsory circulation lixiviation etc. Multifunctional extracting tank is composed of feeding inlet, tank body and slag outlet door. The filter mesh on the slag outlet door can be replaced with 20~80 meshes filter according to different technologies.
