Co-axial High Speed Disperser
A. IntroductionHigh-speed disperser (Hydraulic lifting) is applicable for premixing and mixing materials for industrial production. Hydraulic lifting structure is light and small with small inertia and fast reaction speed, and it is convenient to control. It is with frequency converter to realize various speed control in wide range, and with automatic overload protection. Hydraulic system uses hydraulic oil as working medium and the relative motion surface can lubricate itself, which longer its service life and ensure it can work stably and frequently be lifted without any problem. This kind of closed hydraulic system solves the problem of oil leakage. It can be designed as Explosive type or Non Explosive type according to customers’ requirement. High-speed Disperser is to dissolve, disperse and mix materials with different viscosity. Little air is absorbed during mixing and dispersing process. It disperses and dissolves materials to smaller particle size efficiently. No dead corner during mixing. Easy to clean, wide capacity range, various speed control, stable operation, low noise and long-time continuous operation.
B. Working principleThrough the high-speed rotation toothed disc, the materials flow in an annular form resulting in strong vortex. The vortex spiral materials down to the bottom of the vortex. The intensive shearing, crashing and friction force generated between the particles disperse, dissolve and mix materials efficiently.Control the hydraulic frame lifting through controlling the oil pump. The hydraulic frame lifts the driving mechanism and working group up and down. Easy operation and stable lifting.
