1.Introduction
SDYJ-40ZW winch is used for auto self-rescuing,saving and draging things, also for road block removal truck,engineering installation and oil field drilling and such spot draging heavy things. This product can be used in the wild for a long time with the auto. It has merits of compact structure,small volume,light weight,big pull,convenient installation and easy maintenance.
Please read this manual carefully before installing and using.
2.Working Principle and Composition
The hydraulic winch of SDYJ-ZW model uses advanced circle-arc tooth worm gear pair transmission, and its loading capacity is far bigger than general worm gear pair by 50%. Transmission efficiency increases by 10%, and the transmission is stable, with convenient operation. It’s made of worm gear reducer,hydraulic motor of low speed and big torque,mechanical clutch,drum and so on.
The hydraulic winch transforms the hydraulic energy produced by the motor through the hydraulic system into mechanical energy, and lows the speed and rises the torque by the worm gear pair reducer, generating big torque on the drum, and to the aim of draging heavy things through the cable winding around the drum.

6.Installation and Notes
1. The general position of this winch is in the middle, and back pull. If there is double middle position back pull or other ways of placing, the installing ways of hydraulic motor needs changing, please account for it to the customer when booking.
2. Installing the winch on the truck, the bolt of mechanical capability 10.9 grades(GB5782-86)is required to fasten, to ensure the enough intensity. Pay attention that the clutch casting and the worm gear box are coaxial during the installation.
3. While connecting the worm gear box to the bolt, the sealant should be used to prevent the lubrication leaking.
4. After being installed, the clutch needs checking if it can disconnect and connect flexibly, and the torque of opening and closing the controlling shaft of the clutch should be less than 25N.m.
5. While twining the cable, put the rope socket into the cable hole of the winch drum, then tighten the screw, and in the condition of rolling ropes. After being twined 4-5 circles, use 3-6 KN force to tighten the cable.
6. Winding the cable must ensures the intersection angle between the centerline of the drum and the cable is less than 3°, to avoid the cable being disordered and the deviation of the pushing force of the winch.
7. While using, the pressure and the flow of the hydraulic system should fulfil the requirement of the main technical parameters.
8. The filtration rating of the oil filter of the hydraulic system is no less than 25 um,ensuring the tidiness of the system.
9. The complete combination of the clutch must be guaranteed while pulling the heavy things. Strictly prohibit going away from clutch while draging the heavy things.
10.This winch is not designed for manned lifting, and the operation mode is intermittent operation.
11,Strictly prohibit standing under the heavy things during working, ensuring the working safety.
12. Using unsafe cable is prohibited, and the scrap of the cable should refer to GB5972-86.
