The machine has the advantage of short mixing period and high mixing uniformity. Mixing uniformity CV≤

5% within 50~90seconds.

Large loading changeable range: the coefficient of the loading changeable range is 0.3~0.8. The machine is suitable for mixing materials of different specific gravity and different size.

No segregation: When materials are mixing, segregation phenomenon will not occur due to the difference of specific gravity and size of the materials.

Fast discharging and little residue: the bottom is in bi-fold or four-fold door structure.

Large quantity of liquid additives: even if 3%~5% liquid is added, materials can still be mixed evenly.

Fast assembly and disassembly: unipue chain tension mechanism is adopted to make it more convenient for installation and adjustment.
