Hot Air Conveyor Belt Dryer for Charcoal or Coal Briquettes Dryer

Conveyor Belt Dryer Brief Introduction:

The conveyor belt dryer,known as belt dryer or meshbelt dryer also,  is made by individual drying box(the length and layer can be custom-made as production demand and factory size), is mainly used to dry the coal briquettes or charcoal briquettes from the briquetting machine with high moisture content for raw briquettes and low moisture content demand for final products. The mesh belt is driven by motor through the chain fixed to the two side of the mesh belt. The drying medium is hot wind from furnace building by ourself. The hot wind will be pumped to the dryer by draught fan through the pipeline connecting with furnace and dryer. The hot wind will flow from the bottom of dryer to the top passing the charcoal briquettes laying on the mesh belt and take the moisture out the dryer. The mesh belt are special designed and custom-made for coal or charcoal briquettes, the hot wind can pass the mesh freely, which greatly improve the drying result. The final products will be dried 90-100 minutes inside the drying box from the head to the end and moisture content will be reduced to 2-5%, which can be packed and stored directly. The temperature inside the dryer is approximately 150-200 degree, which can be adjustable. The coal or waste charcoal briquettes can be used as fuel, and consumption are around 40-50kg/h; Of course, the exactly consumption will depend on the production and raw materials moisture content and final products moisture content.
