The machine has the advantages of reasonable structure, stable and reliable performance, higher production capacity, less energy consumption and long operation life, easy installation and convenient maintenance. The screws and nuts of working units are made of wear-resisting alloy.

Extrusion technology is adopted. The raw material is treated through conditioning, heating and wetting, and it begins to gelatinize, then is conveyed into extruding chamber. Feeding device and cutting device adopt frequency control of motor speed. And the machine is equipped with an external discharging device.

The machine adopts computer PLC control system to control water, steam and feeding quantity, and to record parameters which is convenient for operation and can be used as reference basis for production.

The machine can make full use of steam to reduce energy consumption. Accessories are wear-resisting and operation cost is reduced.
