Product Description
resin granules in cylindrical crystal shape ,with slight starch fragrance ,in light yellow colour .The resin base on corn starch which is a kind of renewable material .It is a fully biodegradable and compostable polymer resin . Its finished products have a good mechanical strength ,glossy surface ,perfect elongation strength ,good flexibility and toughness . Products strictly comply with Europe standard EN13432 and America ASTM D6400 specification .This type of products suit for film blowing .
Applications are bags (compost bags, lawn & leaf bags, pet waste bags, trash bags, grocery bags ,carry-out bags, shopping bags etc), agricultural film, consumer and industrial packaging.

Procession Technology
A . the preferred blow-up ratio is 1:2.5, the height from die of orifice to the nip roll should be higher than 2.5m which to insure full cooling and prevent film blocking.
B. using blowing temperature for reference
c the screw rotation should be slow at first ,and then adjust the screw rotation faster to match the request.
