Technical Features:

1. Excellent-performance lifting system controlled by electricity. 

Replacing traditional hydraulic system, this electric control system is more balanced and stable, thoroughly solving those problems of hydraulic pressure system, such as pressure imbalance, hydraulic tubing road system easy to aging, hydraulic cylinder in need of replacement, cumbersome maintenance and so on.

2. Balanced, stable, adjustable pressure system.

This equipment can be arbitrarily regulated and controlled during the pressure range of 8-12 tons, according to the size of work piece.

3. Platform pressure sensor system.

Equipment working platform assembled pressure sensor system has high automation. When the devices achieve predetermined pressure, it will stop pressurizing automatically. So it doesn`t need artificially control.

Softening box takes sectional heating, and chooses different heating modes according to different work pieces.

The table plate is made of imported plates from Australia, strong heat resistance, solving the problem of first cooling before unformed caused by iron plate. What’s more, this material has high quality, yet solving the problem that MDF is easy to be damaged.

8. Weak-power controlled touch-sensitive keyboard. 

And hand-held manipulator, conveniently operate and easily maintenance.

9. Large flow negative pressure vacuum system.

Negative pressure vacuum system  has a strong function, which can be achieved in an instant the vacuum Physical maximum-0.097MPa. And no stage vacuum, always in the ideal state, using  more conveniently. 

10.Rated voltage is not restricted. Devices provide two models – 220V and 380V to meet customer needs.

11.Widely applicable scope. Applicable to acrylic, ABS, PS boards, PVC plates, etc. plate-forming industry.
