Product Introduction

 The main component of  UF-120 is derivatives of acrylic esters. As a kind of adhesive used for pigment printing, the product is prepared by blending of multi-components, has the advantage of the combination of high fastness and soft hand feel, has excellent fastness to rubbing and fastness to water cleaning after treatment at low temperature; the special film-forming mechanism of the product changes the refractive index of fabric surface to make color appear more deep and bright; the product is not easy to occur skinning and has good permeability; it doesn’t become sticky when printed on fabrics and has effective anti-dust (sticky) effect; due to its high viscosity, it not only can save the amount of thickening agent during its use, but also the product itself has higher storage stability; the product doesn’t produce formaldehyde during printing production, doesn’t contain APEO and is a novel environment friendly printing adhesive.

Application Instruction

The product is added into pigment printing paste and the recommended amount is 10%-30% (according to the amount of pigment paste). After the printing, it is recommended to heat the product 1-2 min at 130-150 °C to ensure higher color fastness.

Package and Storage

The products are stored in 50 kg, 150 kg plastic drums or 200 kg iron-plastic drums. The product should be stored in cool, ventilated and dry rooms, avoid direct sunshine or keep away from ignition sources. The storage period of the product is 1 year.
