Uses

2-ethyl acrylate is used in the chemical manufacturing industry for the production of homopolymers and co-polymers which have further uses in creating aqueous polymers.  It is used as a co-polymer for caulks, paint coatings, pressure sensitive adhesives, leather finishing, textiles and paper coatings.  Due to its low volatile nature and reactivity of double bonds, it is the perfect choice for plasticising many applications.  The primary end user market of this product is the textiles, leather, adhesive, paints and coatings industry.
