Vacuum oil purifier is designed based on the different boiling point of water and oil. It consists of vacuum heating tank, fine filter, condenser, initial filter, water tanks, vacuum pumps, drainage oil pumps and electrical cabinet. After the air in the vacuum tank is extracted by vacuum pump, oil is into initial filter under the atmospheric pressure to remove large particles. And then into the heating tank, oil is heated to 40 °C -75 °C to through the automatic oil valve (This valve is used to control import-export oil balance in the vacuum cylinder automatically.). Heated oil is separated into half-mist by fast rotating jet wing and the steam formed by rapid evaporation of water in the oil is inhaled into condenser by vacuum pump. The steam is cooled in the condenser to water to release. The oil in the vacuum heating tank is into fine filter through drainage oil pump and particulate impurities are filtered by filter paper and filter cloth. Then clean oil is out from the machine.
