The KNF-1824SWS nonwoven fabric are designed and manufactured specially for wet tissue and baby wipe.
We use special fiber ES fiber ---which invented by CHISSO company in Japan. Raw material composed to it is PP/PE or PE/PET. It's bi-component skin-core structure composite fiber. The skin part has low melting point and has good softness. The core part has high melting point and great strength. After thermal treatment, skin part will meltdown as the cohesive function, and the others still stay as fiber.
As the new-type hot junction composite fiber,it get the high valuation in the world. Use different heat treatment, can get different type nonwoven fabric.We adopt HOT AIR-THROUGH which regards as the most suitable method for dealing with ES fiber,and non woven fabric produced by this way are most suitable for baby diaper and sanitary napkin.
