   The needle clutch and the assembling unit of needle clutch with stamped external ring is made of high quality thin sheet and manufactured by fine stamping process. It is fitted with corresponding plastic retainer and spring and can transmit a great torque and save the space.

    The needle clutch with stampped external ring itself has not the characteristic to bear the load. But if a needle with stamped external ring that has the same diameter as the clutch is used at the same time, this problem can be solved.

    The assembling unit of needle clutch with stamped external ring is such a supporting bearing that it integrated the axial load-bearing characteristic with the torque-transmission characteristic as a shole. It can greatly save the space.
