Explanation of the above all diesEach dies composed of four modules, six pin, four springs. Four modules are the two "1" modules and two "2" modules, which vary in size, diagonal arrangement. (See picture 1). There is no "1 ", "2"marks in the real dies.After used the dies for a certain times, or some difficulty in welding the wires, we should clear up the dies as following steps: 1. Take out the modules, pay attention not to lose the spring when open it. Wipe up the surface of each module with a clean dry cloth. Don’t leave any scraps in it, especially no oil in the wireway, or it will slip when connect the wires.2. Firstly, install the pins in "1" "2" modules, then install the springs in the pins. Then install other two modules. Compress four modules tightly to ensure no loosen and jammed phenomenon will happen.4. Fasten the four modules with the module bracket. Each dies picture
