Shipping

Warranty and Guarantee

 2. If you are not satisfied when you receive your item, you can contact us within 3 days for a replacement. Please make sure the items returned are in their original conditions, and the buyer is responsible for all further shipping fees.

 3. If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a full refund .The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss.

 4. For defective products, please contact us within 3 days, and please provide us the photos or video of defective parts together. We will make great efforts to work it out based on objective fact.
