General description
MSG is made by starch and sugar after micro-organisms (corynebacterium glutamicum) fermentation, extraction, of which monosodium glutamate acid content is equal to or more than 99.0%, with a special flavor of the particles or powder.
Storage and transportion
It should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse and avoid sundry odors pollution. Sunlight and rain should be prevented during transportation.
