I. Product outline

DF-5740 can achieve in-line continuous monitoring of bulk material moisture content in hopper, bin, chute and belt conveying process, and send the monitored moisture signals into a computer to keep the moisture under control to the best condition. With it, an automated control of the moisture control process and the whole production process can be realized. The production control level can be improved, the production quality can be ensured and the labor productivity can be increased. Metering management and economic accounting can also be carried out accurately to create huge economic benefits for enterprises.

Measurement parameter: It can make in-line material moisture measurement.

Measurement range: 0%-10%----for sinter mixture

Accuracy: ±0.4%

Long-term stability of ray counting rate (>8H) and repeatability of measurement values<0.1%

Working environment of main unit: 0°C~+50°C, relative humidity≤95%

Working environment of detector: -20~+50°C, relative humidity≤95%
