In-line material moisture measurement is realized based on the principle of "ray absorption technology."

I. Product outline

DF-5740 can achieve in-line continuous monitoring of bulk material moisture content in hopper, 

bin, chute and belt conveying process, and send the monitored moisture signals into a computer to 

keep the moisture under control to the best condition. With it, an automated control of the 

moisture control process and the whole production process can be realized. The production control 

level can be improved, the production quality can be ensured and the labor productivity can be 

increased. Metering management and economic accounting can also be carried out accurately to 

create huge economic benefits for enterprises.

Long-term stability of ray counting rate (>8hour) and repeatability of measurement values<0.1%

Working environment of detector: -20~+50°C, relative humidity≤95%

III. Product applications 

Our “ray absorption technology” is technically matured with a wide field of application. It has 

been widely used in multiple nuclear meters, such as level meter, density meter, concentration 

meter, nuclear scale, oil-water interface gauge, iron ore grade analyzer, etc. DF-5740 product has 

been used in over 80 mine enterprises domestically and in the meantime, it can also be used in a 

lot of domestic fields, such as metallurgical, mine, building material, cement, coal, petroleum, 

chemical, etc.
