(2)The material of part contacting medicine solution is stainless steel AISI 316L from Europe. Material of other part is stainless steel 304 and heat-preservation material is pearl cotton.

(3) The body is cylinder with conical heads, which are Japanese type.

(4) Inner surface is polished to Ra0.25um, and outer cover is 304 matt sheet.

(5) Mixing mode: Vertical mechanical mixing at upper head, Germany retarding device; single face mechanical sealing and 100% leak proof device adopted to prevent medicine solution in tank from being contaminated. It runs steadily with low noise. Material of mixer is 316L and its frame is s.s.304 with polished surface.

(6) Equipped with 360-rotating automatic clean ball, integrated lamp and sighting glass, respirator, quick-open manhole, membrane gauge, feeding and discharging hole, port of sensors, spare port( designed according to process)

(7) Stainless steel sanitary gauge, 0-1.0Mpa; Convenient to mantle, Install and clean, reliable and safe, meeting GMP norms.
