There are various preporation method of emulsion according to the scale of production,producing condition and processing requirement,water is the basic material of the typical emulsion,it should be add the emulsifier, stabilizer and the acid ratioly,every kind of additive dissolve into the water at the same time.When the additive dissoved end in the dissolve tank,the production should stop.So it is the kind of intermittent production and more suitable for small factory,if want to make continous production,there must be at least more than two dissolving tank.
