 1 Summary

Vibrating feeder is used to ,on production process, put the massive, granular and powder materials, materials from the storage warehouse or a funnel into the feeded equipment uniformly and continuously or quantitatively. It can adjust feeding quantity freely, and achieve the centralized control and   automation of production process. Also being able to feed to ribbon conveyer,bucket elevator,screening equipment and so on, as well as being used in . automatic proportioning ,quantitative packing . And it can be used in autocontrol process in order to achieve the robotization of production process.

4 Construction character:

This equipment has been widely used, because of simple structure, easy to operate ,no lubricating, low power consumption; and can eadjust the feeding volume uniformly ; It is generally used for loose material . It should be designed to minimize the pressure on the tank according to the equipment performance requirements,and according to manufacturer requirements, the effective storage material shall not be greater than a quarter of  the row mouth width, materials transfering speed shall be controled in the 6-18m/min. The bottom of the marker should be set high enough to intercept mineral board for the large materials . Stopped mining board shall not be fixed on the tank for not effecting the performance of feeder. To enable a smooth discharge silo, silo designed for posterior inclination of 55-65 degrees is best.
