1.Classifier Application:Spiral classifiers are widely used for distributing ore in the close circuit with ball mill, grading ore and fine slit in the gravity mill, grading granularity in the flow of metal ore-dressing and desliming and dehydrating in the washing.
2.Working principle:
When the machine is working, the material goes into the input part. It will push the material to the output through the machine. Surface dust and impurity are removed when the material from the input part to the output part is pushed, mixed and washed. The final product goes out through the discharge outlet and the mud and impurity will go out through overflow part.
3.Features of Spiral Classifier:
1.Our spiral separator has simple structure, reliable working conditions and convenient operation. Because different particles have different specific gravity and sedimentation rates in liquid, this product allows the fine ore float in the water, while coarse ore sink to thebottom.
2.This classifier can filter materials and send coarse materials to the feeding mouth and discharge fine materials from the overflow pipe. The base of the machine adopts a channel steel and the body adopts welded steel plate. The water inlet of spiral axle and axle head adopt pig iron cover for wear proofing and long life operation. The lifting equipment has two types, manual control and electric control.
