Product Description

Ball mill is one of grinding equipments; it is ideally suitable for grinding a variety of ores and other material, 

which is widely used in beneficiation, construction and chemical industries. Ball mill is widely used in cement 

industry, mining industry, building material, chemical industry etc. Ball mills have two ways of grinding: the 

dry way and the wet way. It can be divided into tabular type and flowing type according to different 

extracting way of mine. In mineral separation, only few highgrade ore can be smelt directly after crushing 

 and screening.  

 Structure:

The Ball mill is made up of feeding part, discharging part, gyre part, transmission part (reducer, small 

transmission gear, motor, and electrical controller) and so on. Cast steel hollow shaft, lined with 

removable, rotary gear hobbling by casting process, the body inlaid cylinder liner wear, has good wear 

resistance the machine running smoothly, work reliably. We can choose the dry ball mill and the wet 

ball mill according to material and different extracting way of mine.

Application:

The ball mill is key equipment for regrinding after the material that to be crushed. It is widely used for the 

cement, the silicate product, new type building material, fireproof material, chemical fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metal, glass, ceramics and etc, it can grind ore or other materials that can be grinded either by wet 

separation or by dry separation.
