The ball mill machine is the key equipment for material grinding after they are crushed. Mill widely used in cement, Portland products, new building materials, refractory material, chemical fertilizer, black and nonferrous metal processing and glass ceramics production industry, all kinds of ores and other materials may be grinding of dry or wet grinding.

 

Ball mill Working Principle 

It is of horizontal, cylindrical and tubular structure. It comes with two cabins and is a grate ball mill. The materials are evenly fed through the charging device to first warehouse where there are step scales boards, corrugated scale boards and different specifications of steel balls. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The material in the first storehouse reach coarse grinding, through the single diaphragms go into the second warehouse. It has flat lining board, with steel ball that will further grinding the materials. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.
