SB-11-D This wire feeder has additional welding PCB with welding program and wire feeding speed regulation based on model SB-10-A/B/C. It’s convenient to work with any type of power source. Besides general welding program control such as pre-gas supply, delayed gas cut, inching, inching gas supply, it also has merits including striking the arc at a slower wire feeding speed to ensure the stable arc ignition and reduce spatter, arc off control to prevent the wires from sticking to the workpiece, filling in the crater, contactless current limit and overload protection for the motor drive route. The PCB is strong against voltage and wire feeding resistance fluctuation. It’s a good substitute for imported prototypes. It’s suitable for all power sources below 500A with the supply of AC24V. The wire feeder is equipped with single driven wire feeder assembly or double driven wire feeder assembly. Idea welding effect could be achieved with this wire feeder and stock for all the spare parts is available.
