I. UHMWPE Characteristics

 

 

1 Extremely high anti-abrasion: owing to its particular molecular structure,anti-abrasion performance of UHMW-PE is high than ordinary  metal and plastic

2 Excellent self -lubricating performance,being low in friction coefficient and flow resistance, resulting in low energy consumption.

3 Good in resisting impact,flexibility,even under low temperature and thunder impact,it does not  break.

4 Being excellent in resisting chemical corrosion

5 Being free from toxin,smell or exudate

6 Good electric resistance,relatively low in water absorption

7 Good performance in resisting environment stress crack,200 times of ordinary PE.
