Hot mill (medium-plate mill, sheet stripe mill) cold rolled mill, kinds of high frequency welded pipe machine, channel steel, H-section, Angle, I-beam, deformed bar, wire rod and all kinds of high-tech mill.

The machining workshop, rivet welding workshop, casting / forging workshop and other branch factories what affiliated to our company can process kinds of work-pieces and equipments. For rolls, there are plate rolling mill roll, Section rolling mill roll, building material rolling mill roll and various shafts.

Furthermore, we can produce reduction box, connection machine, universal joint, through water cooling, plate bending rolls, trimming shears, lath cutter, flattening machine and so on. The material of work-piece is: cast iron, high manganese, low alloy, high chromium-alloy, low chromium-alloy infinite chilling etc.

4. Steel rolling production line

  We undertake the designing, processing and installation of various mechanical equipments such as electric furnace, continuous casting machine and steel rolling mill; We can manufacture welding pieces, casting pieces and forging pieces with different specifications etc.; We are also engaged in heating treatment and surface treatment for various metals; We can do the designing, processing, manufacturing and installation of steel structure for the factory and mines workshop; The modification for old production line is also in our business scope. We can install continous casting machine on old production line to realize continuous casting and tandem rolling, so that USD$ 25 as cost will be saved per ton.

5. Selling used (second-hand) steel rolling production line (equipments)

  The used steel rolling production lines are including full tandem rolling (with electric control) and semi-tandem rolling production line for deformed bar, section steel, steel plate, steel strip and steel for mine. The full tandem rolling equipment can produce steel with 50-60 tons per hour, and the semi-tandem rolling equipment can produce steel with 30-50 tons per hour. All of our equipments are used rolling mill which was just finished 1~3 years before.

Any client who wants to buy used steel rolling mill can contact with our company. We will undertake the installation, debugging and trial production. We can also modify the production line as per clients’ special requirements, so that the production line can reach the required capacity accordingly.
