The ring rolling machine is widely applied in reducing the wall thickness of blanks of circular collars, enlarging both internal and external diameters of flange components and obtaining a required sectional contour.

The new D51 series ring rolling machines are new products aiming to cater to modern production needs, they have been developedand designed by our technical team after extensive sum up of users’ application experience and combined all advantages of different types both home and abroad.

Features

1. This appliance has a steel welding shading which makes its shape different from its counterparts. It has a simple and beautiful appearance and high rigidity.

2. A reasonable design of the machine tool, especially innovation and improvement to the main shaft bearing location, has raised its rolling precision.

3. The section of the upper supporting slider is a rectangle with good rigidity. The slider guide rail is 5 to 6 times as long as the slide stroke which leads to a higher guiding precision.

4. The main parts of machine tool are made of good cast steel or alloy steel.

5. The lower supporting bearings are sealed so as to work in harsh environment.

6. Sealed by the YX joint ring in line with the international standard, the cylinder has small resistance, high airtightness and wearlessness.

7. The lapping machine adopts a synchronous drive and enjoys a wide adjustable range which makes the motion steady and easy.

8. It has high positioning accuracy and the removable rolling wheels are easy to be replaced.
