Important Details on MMO Coated Anodes for Electroplating

1. Material: Gr1 titanium plate, mesh, rod, etc. as substrate. Mixed metal oxides like platinum, Ru, Ir 

                     coated.

2. Techniques in Producing: Sand blasting and acid washing  for substrate's treatment.

                                                Brush painting for the MMO coating on the substrate.

3. Size and Dimensions: It's cuatomized due to the particularity of titanium anodes. So please tell us the 

                                        length, width and thickness of your anodes.

4. Anodes' Appearance: Mesh, sheet/plate, rod/wire, tube, etc.

5. Components: Substrate, MMO coating, terminal, conflux boards.

6. Working Parameters:  Current density≤2000A/M2.

                                           Ph 0.1-14.

                                           Working temperature ≤ 60 °C.

                                           Max content of Fluoride ion is 200 ppm.
