The common equipment of surface treatment is spraying type and joint type of immersing, spraying, The cleaning principle is have the aid of chemical reaction to complete deoil, phosphating, cleaning and other processing.
Sepcifications:
Surface treatment Prior to painting remove the oil impurities and form phosphating film, it can supply good base for following water base paints and finish paints for improving cohesion of primer coating and painted parts and enhancing corrosion resistant of coating.
Process flow: pre-degreasing → degreasing → water rinse1 → water rinse2 → surface conditioning → phospating → water rinse3 → water rinse4 → pure water rinse → drying
Equipment instruction:
The pre-treatment of this painting line used continuous product type, Soaking and spraying are combined, coated parts are transfered circle for the pretreatment painting (9pcs workstation) and taking time is 0.5~3.0M/min, The body equipment spraying paint is rectangular tank, soaking workstation is groove tank.
It contains pre-degreasing and degreasing & phospating heating system ect. The workstation of pre-degreasing and degreasing is tank coil heat exchanger, phospating heating is plate heat exchanger. Exhaust device is installed in pre-degreasing and degreasing & phospating system, the subordinate facility contains: pre-degreasing, degreasing, water rinse1, water rinse2, surface conditioning, phospating, water rinse3, water rinse4 circulation system. The workstation of predegreasing and degreasing have oil-water separated unit, the workstation of phospating have sloping plate settling residue removing system.
