Air Circulation System

Intake fan: 2-set double-intake centrifugal fan. Air capacity: 20000m³/h. Power: 2×3kw

Exhaust fan: 1-set double-intake centrifugal fan. Air capacity: 18000m³/h. Power: 1×4kw

 

Filtering System

Primary filter: Pre-filter, high efficiency filter

 Exhaust filter: Special configure with M pattern active carbon pocket filter system

 

Heating System

Burner: Italy RIELLO G20 diesel burner, 200000 Kcal/h. Adopt Stainless steel heat exchanger and with explosion-proof hole for safety. Max temperature at 80°C. 

 Control System

Control Box: Heated spraying, baking temperature setting, time setting, emergency stop, limited-temperature device, lighting switch, power switch, etc. All components are from renowned manufacturers. 

Lighting System

Ceiling light: 32 pcs of 36w Philips daylight tubes

Side Light: 16 pcs of 36w, illumination no less than 800Lux
