2.Production Process:
1.The high strength clip is manufactured from case hardened steels and are case hardened for durability.
2. The anchorage systems develop the required strength through the interplay between clips and prestressing steel, and between the clips and anchor plate. Characteristics that effect this interplay are clip angle, clip teeth amplitude and spacing, type of steel, type of heat treatment, and general strand configuration in the anchor plate.
3.Feature:
All clips are equipped with a ring to keep the clip attached to the tendon during elongation and /or tensioning operations.
4.Instruction:
The care, cleanliness, lubrication, surface condition, and finish also effect the efficiency of wedge systems. Our company have quality control procedures that should eliminate obvious manufacturing defects.
