Alnico description:
Alnico is the earliest development of permanent magnet materials, is made of aluminum, nickel, cobalt, iron and other trace metal elements of the alloy. According to production process can be divided into cast AlNiCo and sintered AlNiCo.
Alnico permanent magnet material features:
1. The highest working temperature can reach 550 degrees Celsius
2. Minimum reversible temperature coefficient (minimum 0.02%), magnetic best temperature stability
4. Strong corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, product surface usually don't need plating processing.
5. Alnico permanent magnet materials: low mechanical strength, high hardness (fifty rockwell), fragile, workability is poorer, therefore can be used as the structure to design.
6. The characteristics of low coercivity, in use process strictly prohibited it with any ferromagnetism content contact, lest cause local irreversible demagnetization or magnetic pass density distribution of distortion.
7. By adjusting the formula and processing method, can be processed into various shapes and sizes to meet the specific needs of customers.
Cast alnico magnet applications:
Instrument, meter, motor, medical treatment, teaching, sensors, pick-up, speaker, telephone, car parts and aviation, etc
Potential failure analysis
1.When the magnet assembly after magnetic circuit, the temperature in the positive and negative sixty degrees centigrade,and under the condition of no magnetic field around,magnet magnetic pass rate less than or equal to 0.05%;
2, Time stability
2.1.At room temperature for long-term storage (there is no magnetic field) cases, magnetic drop 1 to 2%;
2.2.When magnet is open using (cylindrical products), magnetic decline and the product of the length to diameter ratio;
3.Cylindrical magnet temperature stability
3.1. Used at 100°C to -200 °C ,the magnet of the residual temperature coefficient for - 0.022 to - 0.016%;
3.2. Used at -190°C to -200 °C ,the magnet of the residual temperature coefficient for -0.007 to - 0.022%;
