Brief of surface drive single-screw pump

   At present ,more than 80% oil extraction equipment is beam pump (cylinder pimp )in oil field .It is cylinder advance and return movement equipment with half return stroke .The size of this machien is large and weight is 10~20 tons with disadvantage of low efficiency ,high power consumption .high cost and large investment .There are many accidents during mining containing sand or thickened oil.Due to simple structure and good adaptability ,it is used widely.But with the improvement and development of petroleum equipment ,sighle-screw pump will replace beam pump .There is no inlet and otlet valve in sigle-screw pump .Screw rotates without advance and return movement piece.Transportation of liquid is smooth and no pressure oscillation with less consumption .Wide scope of liquid viscosity ,it can work from rinsing to 6000 centipoise of thickened oil .It is easy maintainign with long working life .
