Features
1. To adopt processing center’s wide guide base, guide rail has a good wear resistance. Main castings use furnace smelting and resin sand casting, dense and uniform material, good rigidity of machine tool. After special design of modularization, users can choose any one of the following functions on the condition of uniform base: Pneumatic Tool Change/ Suspender Tool Change, servo motor/stepping motor, three axes coordinated/Four axes coordinated, table encloser/full machine cover, gear speed shifting/ variable speed.
2. Machine tool controlling device allows adding electric, CNC dividing head; electric, CNC rotary worktable, broadening the range of use; adding Pneumatic Tool Change device to realize fast tool change.
3. Able to choose full cover protection, with beautiful appearance, helping prevent the leakage of liquid during cooling.
4. Spindle box adopts Timing belt pulleys drive to get the high rotating speed, applicable for Nonferrous Metals workpieces' multi-procedure processing including milling boring and drilling, the material of which is like aluminum-alloy.
5. Machine tool three-axis automatically move stably and fastly according to the procedure, applicable for mass production of drilling, reaming, chamfer, tapping; applicable for milling flat, ladder side, sloping, trench; applicable for milling curve, bend surface, Cam; applicable for the multiple new machine tools' management.

9. TX32ZB is a frequency boring and milling machine of Gear Reducer and able to achieve gear 1:4 or 1:8 speed reducing as well as Continuously Variable, automatic Speed adjustment, applicable for large torque’s drilling and tapping.
10. TX32A worktable is lengthened, X stroke is increased, column's heightened, applicable for work-pieces with larger length and height, its scope of application broadened.
