1.  Product Description

The product is a polymer solution which is produced by the olefin copolymer reacting in poly-olefin base oil through the process of the physical, chemical degradation, etc. The product is colorless transparent liquid, with superior thickening ability and shear stable performance. It can improve the flow-ability of the oil in low temperature; If adding a small amount of the pour point depressant, the effect is more apparent.

2.  Product Application

This product is suitable for deployment of the lubricating oil using in high-end internal combustion engine beyond the level of 0W/SL, SM, SN,CH-4, CG-4,CI-4.

Addition: 5-10%

5.  Storage and Transportation

The storage, handing and deployment of the product need to be conducted by SH/T0164. The maximum temperature should not exceed 75 °C; the maximum temperature should not exceed 45 °C, if it needs the long-term storage. This product is non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-corrosive. In terms of safety, environmental protection, and the use method are the same as the general petroleum products. Without special protection.

6.  Packaging Standard

Product Weight: 165Kg / barrel, standard iron drum of 200 liters; in bulk

7.  Remarks

(1) the test method of thickening power: add the 10% of the product to the 200SN, and

       then check the added value of viscosity.

(2) The test method of shear stability: ultrasonic detector.
