HP800-QM Special Lubricant
Product Description
The product is formulated by using composite metallic soap as a thickener, and synthetic oil as the base oil, adding EP additive, anti-friction agent, tackifier, antioxidant, antirust additive and other additives. The quality of the product is in accordance with the standard of Q/AHY88-2007.
Fields of Application
The product is suitable for the lubrication of open gears in various large-scale ball mills, and also suitable for the lubrication of open gears, wire ropes and rollers in other equipments. This product is suitable for injection or perfusion lubricating.
Performance Characteristics
Excellent anti-wear property and EP property could withstand heavy-duty and impact load.
Excellent high and low temperature performance could ensure the normal operation of lubricated parts in temperature changing environment.
Strong adhesion property, excellent lubrication performance.
Good water resistance could work for long hours in damp or water environment.
Also has excellent oxidation resistant property and shear stability, to extend oil change intervals.

Application Notice
According to the regulations of lubricating grease for equipments, to choose the appropriate quality level and consistency number product; the storage and transportation process must be water-proof, moisture-proof and avoid mixing mechanical impurities; anti-pollution; different quality levels of products cannot be mixed; Centralized Treatment for replaced old grease to prevent environment pollution.
