Foil lids are made of aluminium foil with a thickness of 0.030 to 0.050 mm. One side of the foil is printed particular pattern , the other is coated with a layer of thermoplastic . The foil is used to heat seal the cups made of polypropylene (PP), polyvinylchloride (PVC) or polystyrene (PS). It is possible to make colourful prints on the foil by using flexographic printing (eight colours) or gravure printing (six colours). Depending on individual requirements, varies shapes of lids can be cut or directly supplied as roll . materials of foi lids comply with all hygienic requirements and has outstanding barrier properties. Features: 1) Good sealing strength, with flat and tight sealing. 2) Leakage resistant. 3) Vivid and bright color printing. 4) Used for packaging of acidophilus milk, milk and quick noodle, other PP , PS, PE bottle or box packaging . 5) Customized orders available.
