Product description
1.Its volume is small, its weightiness is very light, its lifetime is very long, it is portable and high efficiency and energy saving.
2.Its main light source made from high-power 1W LED illuminator, illumination ≥1800lux, its assisting light source made from 6 paster type LED illuminator.
3.The mining lamp outer shell made form import PC/ABS alloy material, which character with good impact toughness, anti-static, waterproof and explosion-proof, improve the safety performance of mining lamp.
4.It does not require any maintains, and also not require change illuminator.
PTC and safety protected high quality circuit are inserted in the battery, and the short circuit time is shorter than 20ms, which character with anti-lavishly charging, anti-lavishly discharging, protection of short circuit and so on. It is very safety.
5.The main light source and assisting light source control by switches, alternating the main light source and assisting light source according to request. Switch on the main light source, the output constant current is 120mA±5mA, when the battery voltage drop to 3.1V±0.1V, the lamp alternate to assisting light source, it can continue to keep working 2 hours, ensure the miner’s safety.
6.Normally, working current is 120mA, also can made-to-order according to the request of customer; the illumination of stronger model can stronger than 3500Lux.
Wearing & Mounting Methods
*On Helmet: For miner helmet, simply fit the lamp in the lamp bracket on the helmet. For a plain hard cap, wear our Cap Strap or mount our Lamp Bracket on the hard cap then install the lamp on it. The signal lamp is normally worn *on the back of the helmet.
*On head: Worn on the head directly using our Head Strap.
*On belt: Wear our Belt Worn Lamp Bracket on the belt then install the lamp on it.
*Hold in the hand: Hold the lamp in hand as a mini-torch. our Wrist Strap can help secure the lamp.
*Fixed location: Screw or glue our Lamp Bracket to an object then install the lamp on it.
*Mobile location: Clamp our Magnetic Lamp Bracket Clamp to an object then install the lamp on it.
*On metal: Magnetically attach our Magnetic Bracket Clamp to a metal object then install the lamp on it.
*Others: Use our accessories for other way to wear or mount the lamp, such as Bar Bracket, Gorillapod, Lanyard and Lamp Cluster.
