In the warranty Period, we will maintain and replace the defect components for free . After 2 years, we only charge the material cost, you should be responsible for shipment.

You can send your engineers to our factory for one week free charge training, which includes the software operation, installation, adjustment, basic repairing, etc. 

(3) Technical Support: 

If you need, we can send our engineer to guide the installation for you. But the relevant cost should be paid by your company such as visa, hotel, food, both trip plane tickets,and so on .
