Application and Feature
This series lathes are chiefly suitable for various cutting jobs, such as internal and external cylindrical surfaces turning, facing and various kind of threads cutting. The compound rest slide can be used individually by power for cutting a 300mm taper surface, or used with aid of longitudinal feed motion of the carriage by power for cutting long taper surface. They can also be used for drilling, boring trepanning etc.
This machine is equipped with an oil pump, forced lubrication as rapid traverse, terminal end insurance. cutting of size control by travel stop power, latch hook of tailstock and safeguard against excess load etc. The power speed and rigidity of the machines can fairly meet the needs of both heavy and finish machining. These machines have features of fine appearance, concentrated control arrangement for easy operating and convenient maintenance.

After the bed surface hardening, grinding, quenching hardness HRC50,
After the gearbox of headstock quenching, precise gear grinding processing, high-speed gears precision can reach 5 levels; headstock spindle adopts 3-point support, spindle has good rigidity, headstock handle adopts focused manipulation. Feeding box gearbox also adopts gear quenching.
The slider of machine has fast moving device, overload safety device, longitudinal and horizontal crossed manipulation handle, slit nut handle,
We can provide metric and British machines with many kinds of combinations with special functions, etc.
This series machines can offer a variety of spindle pore diameters, 130mm 100mm (special order has two kinds). The machine headstock form has C11 and D11 two kinds. Normally, we provide C11 spindle. We provide D11 spindle for British machine tool and special order.
The main motor of these series machine tools is 11kW (special options have 15kW, 22KW)
The headstock and feed box adopt pump shower type lubrication
