Usage

During the process of making Steel Rule Rotary Die, the machine cuts rotary die board.

Features

Specially developed software can import your CAD designs of corrugated box, computer controls cutting units on servo motors to do cutting job on rotary die board, exactly same as your design.

Cutting Unit

It cuts rotary die board by special drill and special saw strip (1.35mm in thickness). Not Laser, but it can do same cutting as laser, it performs better.

Rotary Die Board it can Cut

Wood: full beech, etc.

Thickness: 13mm, etc.

Length: max 3000mm

Internal Diameter: any size between 174 and 536mm, such as 174/180/270/290/310/360/380/410/432/440/487/536mm, etc.
