YS-600 hardback spine laminator is a kind of equipment for completing the gluing-drying between hardcover book-block and hardcover sheets as well as the gluing-daying of book back, with binding size ranging from 16 mo to 64 mo. It is composed of book-incoming mechanism, gluing mechanism, drying slot, book falling mechanism, book-outgoing fprwarder and electrical control device. Conveyer delivers sewn bookblock book back down to the book-incoming mechanism, and then it is held by clamp plates and enters the gluing mechanism, gluing roller and brush roller brush glue along book back and bookblock advances intermittently, with the drying slot under the book back blowing hot wind to the book back until it is 80% dried. Then after the gluing-drying process is finished, it goes out via book-outgoing forwarder.
