Using the scaffold plates:

1)Do not use the ladder without the scaffold plates in place(unless it is a ladder

   position that does not require the plates, as illustrated in this manual).

2)Ensure that the scaffold plates are used the correct way up

3)The lip on the end of the plate fits over the final rung. Ensure that the other end

   of the plate is also supported by a rung.
