Chatacteristics

This series of resistance furnace is of rectangular in outer shape.The furnace shell is fabricated by welding using angle steel and cold-rolled sheets.The surface is painted using electrostatic coating. The hearth is formed by sintering using refractory material,and the heating element is embedded in the hearth.Heating insulation material is filled between the hearth and the furnace shell. The furnace door is hinged at the furnace mouth,which is simple for open and close.The auxiliary controllers are connected with the furnace as an independent part to adapt to installation and putting in the working place.
